Hakata is famous for a 'motsu nabe', hot pot made with offal and vegetables.When you enter the restaurant, you smell it filled with the pot.Most of the customers order the pot as a matter of course.The pot has dumpling skins on the top of vegetables.When you turn the fire on, the vegetables get soft in a few minutes, and a clerk mixes the pot at the appropriate condition.Vegetables are cabbages and leeks only. Extra ingredients are not needed.You eat the ingredients of thin flavored pot with soy sauce with bitter orange juice, which is unusual in Hakata.Sticky offal becomes delicious with the refreshing soy sauce.Sesame, yuzu pepper, and chili pepper also change the taste.Champon noodles are served with the remaining soup, and the clerk will adjust in a good amount.Hakata has the best hot pot.

Superb French you can taste only in Fukuoka, Kyushu.Their concept is to spread '"foods" originating in Fukuoka' with producers all around Kyushu, and they provide one and the only French course you can taste in this restaurant.You can visit the restaurant on your own and take a counter seat without hesitation.The seat is the special seat where you can watch the chef cooking in the open kitchen.You taste the creme brulee like a dessert as an appetizer.This is an honorable egg dish, and you can taste eggs reasonably.'Pumpkin cold soup' has a modest seasoning, but it is a dish with the taste of material itself. You can agree with the concept along with producers all around Kyushu.Poiret of greens is insanely delicious because of it is a fleshy lively fish steamed, and vegetables served with are also good!While clams with white wine sauce also has a modest taste, it takes advantage of the taste of the material itself.Hospitality is also excellent.

The shape is a smallish and is good as it is fluffy and soft.A marinated Kohada fish has the best taste with matured for three days.A marinated halfbeak is also delicious.A fluffy and gentle red snapper, a striped jack with full of fat, and a marinated mackerel are also splendid.Each dish is prepared in a great effort and a very elaborate work.The married couple of the bar is very gentle and you can relax in the space.

Although it is not a place that you can visit everyday, this is the place you must visit when you go to Fukuoka.Foods are decided according to the current price, but it has splendid meals and especially fishes are in a high quality.You will be surprised to know that their appetizer changes every time.A sashimi (raw fish) plate always makes me impressed.Especially, I cannot suppress a grunt of admiration when I eat mackerel sashimi from Bungo Channel and the Hakata walleye pollack roe porridge.Moreover, the impact of 'sesame mackerel rice with tea' is marvelous.It overturns the concept of rice with tea dishes that we know.I would go to Fukuoka in order to eat this dish.They have a lot of sake from Niigata.

Cultivated eels are delicious throughout the year without variation.Crunchy baked skin gives you a reasonable texture when you bite it.After a while, you have the fat hidden under the skin spread in your mouth.The rice of Unajyu (broiled eel served over rice) is shiny and not too soft and not too hard, and is fluffy and delicious.A natural eel has low fat and thus a light taste, but you feel the flavor gradually.The sauce is sweet, but it is not too thick, you can even feel the freshness of the taste afterwards.Baked liver tastes very rare with no individual taste.Shiroyaki (eels broiled without sweetened soy sauce) shows the natural taste of itself and is good as it is slightly sweet.Still delicious. Sake goes well only with this.
