The recommended dishes are incredibly delicious "Premium tongue", chunky "Outside skirt", very tender "Premium loin" and thick and juicy "Sirloin". Especially "Premium tongue" is very well balanced its meaty flavour and tenderness and has beautiful fat layers. It is just perfect. There is nothing to compare to its taste.
The meat of "Kinryusan" is the best which nobody can reach its quality.
